What is your hair care routine?

I’m a big fan of using good oils for hot oil massages, so I try doing that once a week. I use a hydrating shampoo and I use an intense mask as a conditioner every time. I also wash my hair every 2-3 days. And leave my conditioner in for at least 5-8 mins

How do you suggest treatment for damaged, dry and frizzy hair?

Strengthening the hair from the inside and outside are crucial. So hair rich supplements with biotin and essential amino acids. Using a mild shampoo and and an intense nourishing and hydrating conditioner. Also oiling with a good head massage will help in increasing blood circulation and keeps the scalp healthy.

What is your secret weapon to deal with your hair problems?

For Haircare is a good hot oil head massage it instantly adds lusture and shine in my hair
For hairstyling I love using dry shampoos to add volume and freshness into my hair.

What are the essentials to maintain healthy hair?

A good balanced diet with proteins, iron , zinc and biotin are essential to nourish and strengthen the hair. Using mild and chemical free Haircare products. Doing hot oil hair messages to increase blood circulation.

What are some seemingly unrelated things that do affect the health of our hair?

Irregular sleep habits, smoking, excessive swimming in chlorine water, environmental damage, hot water and anxiety

According to you which celebrity has the most amazing sense of hairstyling? And which celebrity can do better?

Deepika Padukone always experiments with great hairstyles and carries them really well. I think Katrina Kaif can experiment with her looks more.

Along with being a great hairstylist, you’re an influencer as well, what content do you like to give out to your audience?

I like to give overall grooming content on skincare, home made remedies, Haircare tips and easy hair styles. I also want to give more at home grooming tips eg: how to shave or do a facial at home. With the lockdown we are going to minimize going to salons so I want to be able to help women with grooming themselves at home
