What made you choose this industry?

I never wanted to be an actor ,I wanted to pursue my career in hospitality, acting was something I never thought of ,I was working as an international cabin crew for Mr Malaya based in Bangalore and in my off days I was doing commercial adds and prints and that’s when I got offer for a very big production house for Tamil movie, Kingfisher was about to shut down and that’s when I decided to switch my career to Acting , since then there is no looking back !!

Describe your journey as a model/actress.

The journey has never been easy. I didn’t have any god father in the industry. I always had to fight my battles alone and overcome the hurdles but I am happy where I am today and I want to hustle more and more in this journey and I am happy that I got a medium to express and persuade what I love and that is acting.

As an entertainer and performer breaking the conventions, what does fashion mean to you?

Anything that I am comfortable in is fashion for me. Fashion is something that no matter what you decide to put on you always should carry it well and should be comfortable in it.

As a beacon of inspiration to every woman out there who wishes to enter new fields of work, what is your advice to them?

My advice for all the strong and independent women out there is that if you believe and decide that this is what I want to do, do it. Do not think about the difficulties cause that is a part of life and everyone has to cross something to go somewhere. Be strong enough to persuade what you love, go and conquer it.

Tell us about your upcoming shows/projects.

I have a number of exciting projects lined up. I won’t be able to talk about them but my fans just want to miss the upcoming ventures that I’m soon to unveil.
