Navjot Singh Sidhu Hospitalised with DVT, Condition Stable
New Delhi: The former Indian cricketer and star commentator, Navjot Singh Sidhu was hospitalized on Tuesday, as he was diagnosed with a life-threatening neurological problem.
Sidhu is under medication for Deep Vein Thrombosis at the capital’s Apollo hospital as there is a clot in his vein.Sidhu shared his picture along with a tweet that read – ‘Down but Not Out’.
DVT is caused by a blood clot in a deep vein which hinders the normal blood flow. The symptoms may include swelling, pain, and tenderness, often in the legs.
