Kaizeen Irani aka Kaizeen Daruvalla reveals the secret to her Glam, Style Mantra and more

We got the opportunity to interview the upcoming face in the industry and the winner of ‘The Fast and the Gorgeous Season Two’, Kaizeen Irani a.k.a Kaizeen Daruvalla . In the session we got to know about the secret to her consistent glam and healthy lifestyle while discussing about her career in Bollywood and memorable experiences, concluding the interview with some fun and interesting questions.

Kaizeen Irani shares her daily regime with us. Following an eight hour sleep routine, Kaizeen wakes up to get fresh and have healthy fruits. For her good health, she says “Ghar ka khana” is very much responsible.

“I make sure I consume five different colours of fruits and veggies every day. In fact eating fruits on empty stomach is the best for your health and it’s the secret of my glow.”

After eating fruits, Kaizeen starts with exercises given by her Guru Mr. Neeraj Kabi, followed by fifteen minutes of Yoga. She regularly works out to keep herself fit and in shape.
Kaizeen avoids using heavy face washes and soaps and prefers cleanser followed by splashing water. She also avoids using moisturizers/makeup or even under eye creams on her face.

She is regularly involved in shooting and constant auditions for various commercials; she believes in hard-work and consistency and follows that in her daily life to reach her goal.

When we asked Kaizeen Irani a.k.a Kaizeen Daruvalla to share her amazing Style mantra with us, here is what she had to say-

“It was a ‘EUREKA’ moment when I realized that if I dressed well to impress myself, it was sure to make me happy. So my biggest style mantra is to dress for myself and only myself, first. When that girl in the mirror is pleased I know I have a stylish winner.”

Remembering her most memorable experience in the field, Kaizeen shares that when she won ‘The Fast and the Gorgeous Season Two’, it was definitely the most amazing experience for her, as hoardings with her name on it were put all across India and that was a moment of pride and sheer delight for her.

At last we concluded the interview with some fun questions where Kaizeen revealed that “her heart stops on the thought of being on screen with Tom Cruise some day” and that she has been big time crushing over Ryan Gosling. Kaizeen also told us that Iron Man is her favourite fictional character whom she would love to meet in real life.
