In our latest interview we came to know a lot about Debashree Biswas, the actress well known from her role as Menka in ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’. Besides being an amazing actress, Debashree is also a skin care/beauty blogger and a travel vlogger. In this interview, Debashree shares her daily regime, skin care advices, acting and travel journey, ending with her philosophy of life.

Debashree Biswas is known for sharing amazing skin care and lifestyle routine. She says that taking care of skin is firstly an internal procedure and then external. Debashree says that it is important to monitor what we are consuming and how clean is the input into our bodies.

“I try to eat home food as much as possible and I try to exercise because when you exercise you sweat out all the toxic waste, so the skin becomes clear and glowy.”

Debashree advices that the most important point is drinking a lot of water, she makes sure she drinks 3 to 4 liters of water every day.

Things Debashree avoids:
She avoids dairy products as she is Lactose Intolerant
Cuts off sugar completely
She doesn’t have coffee

3 step morning and evening external skin care:
Debashree shares with us her three step morning and evening skin care routine,
1. Cleaning of skin twice a day by face wash(Biotech Honey Gel Face wash)
2. Using tonner for the skin
3. Moisturizing the face

Besides these steps, Debashree also cleanses her face with dark spot correcting serum as it helps her to even out the skin and she also uses natural aloe Vera gel and sheet masks, she likes to use clay mask once or twice in a month.  Debashree says that her favourite make-up brands include MAC and Bobbi Brown.

For her acting career, Debashree told us that it is something that she enjoys the most as her work and emphasized about the show, “Suhani si Ek Ladki” in which the actress was seen and loved as Menka. She expressed her gratitude for the show.

Debashree is also an enthusiast travel vlogger and says that t is something that she loves the most.

“I would not spend my money on property and jewellery but rather I would spend it on travel experience, as it is something that would last forever”

As we explored the other aspects of Debashree’s character, we came to know the she is a very adventurous person and loves to travel. She told us that she loves to talk to the people and understand the culture of the place where she travels. She tries to eat what is authentic and do everything according to their culture so that she could understand and learn more about the place and the people.

When asked how she maintains such a healthy diet after travelling so much, she shares that she has been blessed with a good figure and does not put weight easily. Although, she says, she always tries to eat authentic and healthy food.

Debashree also loves to flaunt herself in pretty outfits that suit her personality and shoot in natural environments. She says that she loves to combine fashion with travel.
