Actor Irrfan Khan Leaves The World Behind
It is rare when an actor not only captivates the audience through amazing acting skills but also has such an enchanting personality that touches the heart of people and leaves a mark forever.
Unfortunately, we lost one such gem of humanity today. Actor Irrfan Khan passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 in Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where he was admitted with a colon infection in ICU. The actor was struggling with neuroendocrine tumour since 2018.
Irrfan Khan was a brave soul, who fought till the last breath of his life’s journey. He excelled in his acting skills where he was known to fascinate people with his realistic acting and expression of emotions through his deep, meaningful eyes. As a person he was a down to earth human being leaving an impression on everyone he met. He was a talented actor and a brave, beautiful soul who left a legacy behind.
Irrfan Khan has been seen in various Bollywood movies such as Maqbool, Paan Singh Tomar, Qarib Qarib Singlle, Karwaan, The Lunchbox, Piku and many more, never failing to win hearts. He followed his passion to bring out movies to entertain audience with a substance to it. He has also been seen in various Hollywood movies such as Life of Pi, Jurassic World, Slumdog Millionaire, The Namesake etc.
The actor had received many awards including Padma Shri for his valuable contribution to the film industry.
Today, as we lose another precious human being, the entire world grieves. Irrfan Khan was someone who was not only loved by his fans but also by his critics, he possessed effortless acting skills and a true nature to his character. Irrfan Khan was a highly versatile actor and a source of inspiration to many.
A man of few words, Irrfan Khan always touched our hearts with his wonderful personality and his ability to connect the audience to the film, truly this loss is something that will never be replaced. He left us too early at the age of only 54, and we cannot help but reflect his memorable moments on screen. He gained a huge respect and love from all over the world, making us realize the weight of his loss and the value he left behind.
Irrfan Khan always wanted to captivate people with much more than just his face and style, and he definitely succeeded. What we miss the most today is his presence as a real and rare man in the industry. He left early but led a successful and inspiring life.
Words are not enough to describe this heart breaking loss but all we can do at this time is pay tribute to the great actor and hope that wherever he is, he has found peace.
Irrfan Khan has left behind his wife Sutapa Sikdar and sons Babil and Ayan Khan.
Irrfan Khan taught us that Life is nothing less than a magical journey and it is love and respect that has the most value in life and after. He will always be remembered and cherished as a wonderful actor and amazing human being in our hearts.
