If you’re already an expert in mixing prints , then you may skip this. Otherwise, read on for some real expert advice on how to mix prints this season.
If there’s one thing that we got to watch and likes at all the fashion weeks and events this summer is the print combos that. We’re absolutely sure that this mixed print trend isn’t bidding us adieu anytime soon so you might as well master it already!
Listed below are various in vogue designs and patterns.
Black and white is your easiest bet.
Not only is it extremely easy to pair black and white prints, but also nothing is better than the classical black and white combo. Pair black and white stripes with black stripes or white polka dots — or you may,if you are a huge fan, pairpolka dots with polka dots and stripes with stripes. You can just go crazy because black and white makes everything seem fashionable, modern and gives that girly feel.
Floral Prints- The evergreen Fashion
The floral print trend has been in fashion for as long as we can remember, and everyone has wore it now and then. For those less willing to live in bloom all season long, its advised to try it once a while just for a change. Light color combination floral prints will look good on any body type always. You may experiment with dark shades with printed pants, mini-dresses, skirts, and everything else designers can put a flower on. 🙂
Florals are all about having fun with fashion and embracing the joy and romance of spring. Perhaps this is why the floral trend is one that just won’t go away.
Traditional and Graphic
A vibrant splash of colour is always a welcome idea for any party wear – be the uncommon girl at the party by combining these traditional and graphic prints. The perfect mix of colours across the spectrum, for example the one worn by Shraddha recently is a good way to be noticed anywhere you go.
Animal print still a versatile option
The killer cat looks-h yes! Awaken the killer animal in you within the savage silhouettes and frisky prints.
Complete things up with matching accessories.
As you can see in the picture above, I love wearing leopard-print shoes with a striped dress (or a striped top and skirt, in this case). Maybe I feel like I can get away with it because my feet are hidden behind a desk for most of the day, but either way accessories are a good gateway into print mixing. Try floral shoes and a striped clutch with a solid-colored dress the next time you go out.
How do you feel about mixing patterns now? Try it if you haven’t yet. You might be surprised at all the new potential clothing combinations you have waiting in your wardrobe. The possibilities are endless, especially if you just throw the rules out the window like I did with this outfit.
