MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon Expand Collaboration with Full Running Capsule Collection
MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon are taking their ongoing partnership to new heights with the launch of a full running wardrobe, blending avant-garde fashion with cutting-edge athletic design. Building on the success of their past collaborations, this Spring/Summer 2025 capsule offers a no-gender, ultralight collection that merges Salomon’s technical expertise with MM6’s signature deconstructed style.

Dropping in two phases—April 17 and May 8—the collection features mix-and-match pieces in deep black and jadeite, made from innovative materials like windbreaker nylon, acetate running fabric, and seamless bio-based textiles. Highlights include a translucent MA-1 bomber jacket with reflective seams, oversized ripstop shorts, and sleek tops made from breathable, high-performance fabrics. Playful details like Xerox-style prints and safety pin graphics add a rebellious Margiela twist.
The footwear lineup introduces Salomon’s road-running Spectur 2 sneaker, available in monochrome black and a luminous sea foam green, alongside new colorways of the XT-4 Mule in Ultramarine and White/Beige Haze. Accessories include the XT-15 backpack, rounding out the high-performance yet fashion-forward capsule.
The collection will be available via MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon’s online stores, select brand boutiques, and multi-brand retailers. Prices range from €290 for the wide shorts to €590 for the statement bomber jacket, with footwear starting at €320.
Launched in 1997, MM6 is a progressive extension of the Maison Margiela brand, now part of Renzo Rosso’s OTB group. Salomon, founded in the French Alps in 1947 and now owned by Amer Sports, continues to bridge sport and lifestyle with this latest creative venture—just ahead of its sponsorship of the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
