Upstox faces major technical glitch, stocks missing

January 11, 2024 : Trading platform Upstox seems to be facing a major technical glitch. Customers have been reporting missing stocks in their account they purchased yesterday.

The customer care has also been reported to be down and non responsive to client queries.

Interestingly, the platform has faced similar issues in the past and has failed to resolve customer queries

However, the technical issue in question was resolved by the Upstox team which they updated later in the day
