Fashion designer Varun Bahl has ventured into the culinary scene with the opening of ‘Café Fleur,’ his first café located in the Ambawatta One Complex in New Delhi’s Mehrauli neighborhood. The café blends Bahl’s distinctive design flair with European culinary influences.

“Embrace the tranquil charm of Café Fleur- a green oasis filled with music, florals, and cozy vibes,” declared the new Instagram page for Café Fleur Delhi, inviting guests to “Immerse yourself in the magic of Varun Bahl’s cafe.”

Renowned for his luxurious occasion wear and elaborate bridal outfits, Varun Bahl has transformed his 30-seater café into a botanical haven, featuring gentle green hues and options for both indoor and outdoor dining. His inspiration stems from community dining experiences during his travels in Italy and France.

“Café Fleur has been a dream I’ve nurtured for years,” Bahl shared with Elle India. “While my brothers’ [Vishal and Vivek Bahl, who manage a food and entertainment establishment in New Delhi] work in hospitality has been inspiring, with their support, my vision has come to reality. It was fun to bounce the ideas around at home. For me, I’ve always wanted to create a space where people could enjoy great food, beautiful design, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It feels like the perfect time to bring that dream to life, blending my love for florals, art, and hosting people. I’m definitely happy and grateful to be where I am.”
