LVMH Announces New Leadership at Fendi, Louis Vuitton China, and Kenzo
Ramon Ros will take over as CEO of Fendi starting July 1, 2025. He will report to Sidney Toledano, Senior Advisor to the LVMH Group Chairman. Ramon has a strong track record within LVMH, particularly as President & CEO of Louis Vuitton in Mainland China, where he played a key role in building the brand’s desirability and developing local talent. His expertise in luxury retail and passion for craftsmanship are expected to help take Fendi to new heights while preserving its rich heritage.

Daniel DiCicco has been appointed as the new President & CEO of Louis Vuitton Mainland China, effective April 28, 2025. Based in Shanghai, he will report to David Ponzo, Chief Commercial Officer of Louis Vuitton. Daniel brings with him over 12 years of leadership experience in Asia across fashion, retail, and entertainment industries. Most recently, he led global retail at Apple since 2018. His strong background in retail and deep understanding of the Asian market will support the continued growth of Louis Vuitton in China.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Coupé will become the new CEO of KENZO starting May 1, 2025. She will also report to Sidney Toledano. Charlotte brings rich fashion experience, having previously led the Men’s Ready-to-Wear Business Unit at Louis Vuitton. Her passion for product, fashion knowledge, and collaborative work with top creative directors are expected to drive Kenzo’s ongoing modernization and global expansion.
As part of this transition, Sylvain Blanc will be stepping down from his role at Kenzo after setting the foundation for its next chapter, leaving to pursue new opportunities.
