Japanese multinational Kokuyo Co. Ltd. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire HNI Corporation’s Indian arm, HNI Office India Ltd. This move aligns with Kokuyo’s broader vision to deepen its foothold in the Indian commercial workspace and retail sectors, as part of its long-term business strategy.

Launched in 2021, CCC stands for Change, Challenge, and Create, and is Kokuyo’s guiding principle for achieving net sales of USD 3.5 billion by 2030.
