Fiona Allison is more than just a familiar face on the runway—she’s a force in both the modeling world and the digital sphere. In this exclusive interview, Fiona talks about navigating the fine line between modeling and influencing, her style secrets, and the icons who inspire her.
Fiona, you’ve successfully built a career as both a model and an influencer. How do you balance these two roles, and how has social media changed your approach to modeling?
The line between modeling and being an influencer is very thin. In reality, social networks are a springboard.
As a model, you often work on glamorous sets and shoots. Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or challenging photoshoot, and how you handled it?
I haven’t really experienced any big challenges in fashion and work, because I adapt quite easily.
Your followers look to you for fashion and lifestyle inspiration. How do you stay authentic while collaborating with brands, and what’s your approach to creating content that resonates with your audience?
I stay true to myself and share moments of my private life with them, far from the glitter. They feel close to me.
Having worked with various designers and brands, what are some emerging fashion trends that excite you, and how do you incorporate them into your style?
In reality, I don’t follow any trends because I don’t really have a particular style.
Who has been your inspiration in the industry, whose work motivates you to keep going?
Monica Bellucci, Cindy Crawford, and also Marilyn Monroe. They are all models with different styles.
